1 Introduction and General Information

The minimum deposit amount on nbaja is ৳100. There is no set maximum deposit limit, however we may request verification for any unusual transactions. Funds are generally credited to your account immediately after a deposit is completed.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests typically take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.4 Transaction Verification

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the combined total of the deposit and bonus (wagering requirement 15x).

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• A bonus may be claimed once only; it cannot be claimed more than once.
• Winnings earned through a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If an account is closed before the bonus conditions are fulfilled, the bonus amount will be cancelled.
• nbaja reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonuses are claimed from multiple accounts, all such accounts will be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Program

The nbaja VIP program has three tiers. The weekly cashback rate is set according to tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or changed. nbaja reserves the right to correct any bets settled incorrectly due to a technical error. Exploiting any software or system error is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

5.2 Results and Settlement

All game and bet outcomes are determined impartially by software or official sources. Any dispute regarding a result must be reported to the support team within 48 hours. nbaja's decision will be considered final.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

• Placing bets using any bot, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Placing opposing bets on the same outcome from multiple accounts (arbitrage betting).
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or software.
• Using the platform for fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.

6 Account Suspension and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Our Rights

nbaja reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or cancel any account at any time, with or without reason, including for the following:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Registration using false or incorrect information.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to claim bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means.
• Evidence that a minor is using the account.

6.2 Closing Your Own Account

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. It is recommended that you withdraw your balance, subject to wagering conditions, before closing your account.
